Fault reports and service
-Our service includes fault reporting and repairs. If something inadvertently breaks that belongs to the apartment, we can help you to repair it
-The easiest way to report fault is to send a message to felanmalan@hammarnordic.se
-You can also call our phone 0520-52 52 00 Monday until Thursday at 10-11. Other times leave a message to our answering machine. We listen to the answering machine several times a day during office hours 08.00-16.00
Urgent fault report after 4 pm weekdays and weekends who can not wait until office hours
– Call Spikbussen 0520-330 14 This number is only for urgent matters that under no circumstances can wait until regular office hours.
-Abuse means that you have to pay the on-call cost, which amounts to at least SEK 1,500 per emergency call
Emergencies
In case of emergency situations where there is danger to life and property such as fire, threats, suspicion of crime call emergency number 112

Due to covid-19 our staffing of our reception in Staveredsgatan 20 is limited, and as far as possible we wish all communication to be handled by e-mail. If personal contact is necessary please book an appointment with our staff.
